<br />Agreement was presentedbetween County of Hall and County of Lancaster through
<br />the Jennie B. Harrel Attention Center for Youth to assume the safekeeping,
<br />care and 'sustenance of certain persons held as detainees by County. Hall
<br />County costs to be $110.00 per detainee per day plus emergency medical care,
<br />medications and actual cost of repairs of any property damage.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Frauen to approve and authorize signing
<br />the agreement with Lancaster County. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />Bob Rayer,Federal Soil Conservation Service and Monte Babcock, Soil Conser-
<br />vation with University of Nebraska stated they wish to update soil conserva-
<br />tion surveys and requested permission to obtain copies of aerial photo when
<br />done for Hall County by Aero Metric. They have visited with Aero Metric apd
<br />they will make copies and bill soil conservation directly but needed to obtain
<br />permission from Hall County before they can obtain copies. Discussion followed.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to grant permission to Federal Soil Con-
<br />servation, University of Nebraska Soil Conservation and Natural Resource Dist-
<br />rict for the request to obtain copies of aerial photos. On roll call vote

<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Resolution was presented and read in regard to Proj~ct BRO-7040(16) federal
<br />aid secondary project in Section 24,township 12, range 10.
