Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie to approve the list of newspapers for <br />~ ~Hall County legal publications for 1992. On roll call vote Abernethey,Hartman, <br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Frauen voted yes,none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1337 as presented <br />. with David Griffith & Associates. On roll call vote Abernethy, Hartman ,Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Frauen voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # / .:13 7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Hall County under ~esolution No. 1132. which was passed by <br /> <br />the County Board on April 11, 1989, entered into a cost allocation <br /> <br />agreement with David M. Griffith and Associates; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragraph 4 of said agreement provides the County with an <br /> <br />option to renew the agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the cqunty has benefited substantially from said agreement <br /> <br />and it is in the best interest of the citizens of Hall County to exercise <br /> <br />its option for one more year. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. Must advertise for once a week for <br />2 consective weeks to receive bids. Discussion on proposals and question as <br />to why County Office building and Health building were not included. <br />Board members are to review the proposal and Building & Grounds Commmittee <br />'mbers to received comments and make recommendation next week. <br /> <br />ulewicz also spoke in regard to the odor problem in Administration Building <br />'las retained services to investigate as Board Members had requested him to <br />in their: behalf as attorney.
