ye>J-- ot7Y. On behalf of the community, this committee has the authority to make recommendations to the u.s. Army regarding the future reuse of the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant, but proposals for reuse of the plant must be approved by a majority of committee members present before they can be forwarded to the u.s. Army as official recommendations. For the purpose of conducting business, a quorum shall require eight of the eleven committee members to be present; This committee shall assure that minutes of its meetings are kept and copies are distributed to the Hall County Board of Supervisors and the Army Armament, Munitions, and Chemical Command Headquarters in a timely manner. Leslie, Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, none RE S OL UTION#/S-/.8 WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors has the authority to establish a petty cash fund purs1,1ant to Nebraska Revised Statute Section 23-106; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary and in the best interest to establish a petty cash fund to be used for the purchase of commissary items and other items necessary for the inmates of the Hall County Department of Corrections; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that $5,000 be the amount of money carried in such petty cash fund.
