Motion carried. Public Hearing was closed at 9:35 A.M. Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to authorize County Attorney to draw up resolution for change of land use. Discussion on resolution #1465 from last week, which failed to pass, to trans- fer funds from Miscellaneous General to County Court budget for Court Appointed Counsel. Motion by Leslie, seconded by Hartman to Adopt Resolution #1472 as pre- sented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Landis absent. Motion carried. RESOLUTION # /!I!l.~ A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR COURT APPOINTED COUNSEL FOR COUNTY COURT. WHEREAS, due to unforeseen increases in the cost of providing court appointed counsel to litigants in juvenile court cases and defendants in criminal cases in the County Court there are insufficient funds budgeted for such purposes; and WHEREAS, the provision of additional funds in the amount of $50,000.00 is necessary to meet the aforesaid requirements and is essential to the preservation and maintenance of the administration of justice within the County; and WHEREAS, the budget for the expenses of the Hall County Court is part of the Hall County General Fund budget; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient unrestricted funds on hand and budgeted as Line *29981t, Miscellaneous General Budget of the County General Fund to permit transfer of $50,000.00 from said line and budget to the County Court Budget of the General Fund. NOW BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska as follows: 1. That appropriations for Line #22401 of the County Court Budget of the County General Fund be increased by the amount of $50,000.00 for the fiscal year July 1, 1992 through June 31, 1993. 2. That $50,000.00 be debited to Line i29990, Miscellaneous General Budget of the County General Fund and that $50,000.00 be credited to Line #22401 of the County Court Budget of the County General Fund. 3. That the Hall County Clerk and County Treasurer are directed to take such action as necessary to effectuate this resolution. Dated this ~day of March, 1993.
