Rev. Stat. Section 23-107.01, <br /> <br />the County Board may sell real estate owned by the county a <br /> <br />set forth therein. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the County Board of. Supervisors of Hall <br /> <br />County, Nebraska, finds that the above described real estate <br /> <br />is no longer required for county purposes and should be <br /> <br />sold. <br />IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS~ <br /> <br />1. The sale of the aforementioned real estate shall be <br />held in the County Board Room on March 30, 1993,. at 1:30 <br />p.m. for a period of one hour or until such time as the <br />chairman determines that active bidding has ceased, during <br />which time the board shall solicit and receive bids. <br /> <br />2. The property shall be sold to the highest bidder <br />subject to the board's reservation of its right .to reject <br />any and all bids tendered. . <br /> <br />3. Upon acceptance by the board of the high bid, the <br />successful bidder shall execute a purchase agreement and <br />tender a deposit in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars <br />($1,000) of his or her bid price in the form of cash or <br />certified check. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Notice of said public sale shall be published at <br />least ten (10) days prior to the sale in a legal newspaper <br />in the county. <br /> <br />5. PUblic Hearing on a requested change of lanq use district from AG-l <br />to a Planned Unit Development Zone for a 60 acre tract of land located on the <br />east side of 110th Road, approximately 1/2 mile north of Stolley Park Road. <br />Affidavit of publication was read as published in Grand Island Daily <br />Independent on February 26, 1993. <br />Nelson Helm, Regional Planning Director and 3 members of the Woitaszewski <br />family were present. <br />Nelson Helm read letter from Regional Planning Commission stating they held <br />public hearing on March 3, 1993. No one spoke in opposition to the request. The <br />Regional Planning Commission recommends County Board approve the requested change <br />
