The title is held <br />in name of Weed Control Authority and have requested a quit claim deed from <br />the Weed Control Authority to Hall County so we can proceed with the sale of <br />building. He presented copies of the real estate purchase agreement for <br />board members to review. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to adopt Resolution #1471 and <br />to pay Weed Control Authority $L.OO for quit claim deed. Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Landis <br />absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # / LJ f I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 23rd day of February, 1993, a public <br />hearing was held with respect to the sale by the County to <br />the highest bidder the following described real estate, <br /> <br />to-wit: <br /> <br />Lot One (1), Block One (1), Stewart Place Subdivision <br />being part of the Northeast Quarter (NEl) of Section <br />Twenty-Nine (29) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M.
