WHEREAS, said lost check will be reissued, payable to the County of Hall, in due course; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Capital Outlay Expense line' of the County Inheritance Tax Fund (line Fille,. f-tw..f,.., 5-2500 ) to permit the transfer of Thirty-Six Thousand.4 Dollars ($36,100.00) from said fund to the Hall County Headstart Fund; and WHEREAS, the transfer of funds to a fund which temporarily has insufficient money to meet the requirements of the adopted budget of expenditures for that fund is authorized by Neb. Rev. Stat. S13- e 510 (Reissue 1991). NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1. Due to unforeseen emergencies, there is temporarily insufficient money in the Hall County Headstart Fund to meet the requirements of the adopted budget of expenditures for that fund. 2 . If the transfer of funds back to the County Inheritance Tax Fund cannot be made by June 30, 1993, the Hall County Treasurer is directed to notify the Hall County Board of supervisors and to report the reason or reasons why such funds cannot be transferred.
