A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING BIDDING ON BEHALF OF THE COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA. WHEREAS, the following parcels of real property will be sold at judicial sales conducted by the Hall County Sheriff on February 22, 1993, and February 24, 1993, in satisfaction of the county's lien thereon for real estate taxes, interest, costs, and fees, to- wit: LotIO, Block 10, Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lot 3, Dahlke's Subdivision to the city of Grand Island, Ball County, Nebraska. Lot 9 in Fractional Block 10 in Evan's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lot 4, Block 3, in Lambert's Addition to the Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. WHEREAS, Neb. Rev. Stat. S23-135 (Reissue 1991) authorizes county boards to approve the payment for a particular piece of real property to be sold at auction by adopting a resolution stating the maximum amount which the county may bid for the particular piece of real property; and WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County has been requested by its attorneys to adopt such a resolution; NOW BE IT RESOLVED that the firm of Cunningham, Blackburn, Francis, Brock & Cunningham, counsel for the County of Hall, be . hereof appointed and authorized to bid on behalf of the County of Hall for the purchase of the following parcels of real property in the respective amounts, such bids not to exceed the following amounts for each respective parcel: -r-
