'Estimated cost to be $3960.00 Discussion on which budget to <br />be paid from. Carrico also gave update report on the pilot program for' <br />the AS/400 <br /> <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Abernethy to authorize Clerk of District <br />Court to proceed with the conversion program and to pay from Miscellaneous <br />General budget line 5-0315 for AS/400 costs. On roll call vote Abernethy, <br />Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Janitorial services at the courthouse was discussed with Carrico for her <br />input in the services provided. <br /> <br />Nelson Helm, Regional Planning Commission Director and Greg Roberts, President <br />of the Regional Planning Commission were present. <br />Dan Hostler, Max Boersen, Building Inspector and Jerry Janulewicz, Deputy <br />County Attorney were present during this time. <br />Discussed were the issuance of Conditional Use Permits and Helm gave informa- <br />tion as to the requirements and how City of Grand Island handles their requests. <br /> <br />Janulewicz requested staff input on all applications for inclusion in the <br />permits. Boersen stated probably have 5 or 6 requests a year for County. <br />It was recommended and determined to have co~m;ttee to meet with Helm, Boersen, <br />Dan and Attorney's, office representative on the conditional use permit requests. <br />It was determined this could be placed under Public Works Committee. <br /> <br />Chairman recessed the meeting at 11:46.a.m. until 1:30'P.M. <br /> <br />Returned to regular session at 1:30 PM. with all members present, with Chair- <br />man Quandt presiding. <br /> <br />1:30 PM agenda item to consider the Aurora Coop Conditional Use Permit request. <br />Public Hearing had been held and all Board members have visited the site which <br />was proposed. Approximately 12 people were present in the audience. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to deny the Aurora Coop Conditional <br />Use Permit request for this location. Discussion followed and several <br />statements were made by board members and audience participation. One of <br />reasons stated for denial of permit was petition with 180 signatures and the <br />dangerous intersection. <br />Question was called for and on roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman abstaining. <br />Motion carried. Conditional Use Permit was denied. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz presented the resolution prepared <br />to transfer funds from Inheritance Fund to Noxious Weed Fund. <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1452 to <br />transfer the funds. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION * /~.s-~ <br /> <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR AN EMERGENCY TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />TO THE NOXIOUS WEED CONTROL FUND. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, sufficient property tax revenues have not been <br />received by the Hall County Treasurer to allow for the normal and <br />budgeted expenditures of the County Noxious Weed Control Board for <br />December 1992 and January 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient funds in the Capital Outlay <br />Expense Fund of the County Inheritance Tax Fund (line 52500) to <br />permit the transfer of TWenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from <br />said fund to the County Noxious Weed Control Fund; and <br />WHEREAS, the transfer of funds to a fund which temporarily has <br />insufficient money to meet the requirements of the adopted budget <br />of expenditures for that fund is authorized by Neb. Rev. Stat. S13- <br />
