<br />93r~(p <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS: <br />. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />Hartman reported had been problem with siren at Amick Acres, near Doniphan, <br />but has been corrected, siren was moved to different location. <br />, <br />Hartman presented the following Public Works Committee report: <br /> <br />The Hall County Public Works Committee recommends that the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors accept bids for material <br />only for Project C40(136) Bridge 21K9 in Hall County, <br />Nebraska at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26, 1993. <br /> <br />;;/ '/ <br />/ ~" <br />~~' /4;(b <br /> <br />Richard Hartman - Chairman <br /> <br /> <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to accept recommendation and set <br />January 26, 1993 at 11:00 a.m. to accept bids for materials. On roll call <br />vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Abernethy reported on meeting she attended at Civil Defense Center in regard <br />to 911 and also gave Criminal Justice Committee meeting report. <br /> <br />Leslie reported Stepanek of Building & Grounds requested 4 cameras for the <br />jail facility at cost of $420.00 each for total $1680.00, which funds are <br />available in budget. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to refer request to Building & <br />Grounds Committee for recommendation. On roll call vote all voted yes. <br /> <br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director asked about the tour planned for this <br />afternoon at 2:00 p.m. in northern Hall County on rural road. Discussion <br />followed and due to weather Board Member cancelled tour for today. It is <br />to be rescheduled. <br /> <br />Mark Jensen and Clay Shultz, Intensive Supervision Program gave update review <br />of the program. <br /> <br />County Board Assistant Ellen Merrill gave report. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Eight(8) bids were received and opened from KACO Supplies, Oden Enterprises <br />Inc; Ace-Eaton Metal; Wilson Concrete; Big R Manufacturing; Midwest <br />Service and Sales; All Roads and Metal Culverts Inc. However All Roads <br />did not wish to bid on culverts this time. <br /> <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Abernethy to refer the seven (7) bids to the <br />Public Works "Director and Public Works Committee for tabulation and recom- <br />mendation.
