The Hall County Treasurer is directed to immediately <br /> <br />transfer the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the <br />Capital Outlay Expense Fund of the County Inheritance Tax Fund <br />(line 52500) to the County Noxious Weed Control Fund. <br />3. The Hall County Treasurer is directed to transfer Twenty <br /> <br />Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) from the County Noxious Weed Control <br />Fund to the Capital Outlay Expense Fund of the Inheritance Tax Fund <br /> <br />when sufficient tax revenues are received in the 1992 - 93 fiscal <br />to allow for the transfer of such fu~ds. <br /> <br />4. He stated from statute that <br />the Board of Equalization needs to conduct a hearing. Population 39,456 and housing units 15,882. <br />
