9~;C ~ 53Y WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors approved ~f Resolution #1512 on August 31, 1993; and WHEREAS, that resolution states that, "If any committee member, because of failure to be re-elected to the post or for any other reason, should no longer serve the organization he/she represents for purposes of this committee, a replacement shall be selected by the Hall County Board of Supervisors;" ;L; .~/2 NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: That Ken Gnadt shall be appointed as the Grand Island City Council's representative on the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant Reuse Committee to replace Ernest L. Dobesh. Dated this 13th day of December, 1994. By: Motion made by Frauen, seconded by Stelk to adopt resolution #1607 to add members to the Reuse Committee. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. RESOLUTION #~j7 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #1512 WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution #1512 on August 31, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors now wishes to amend that Resolution to add an advisor from the Southern Power Company and an advisor from the Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation's Long-Range Planning Committee; NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: 1. That Southern Power Company Employee Tim Stanton and Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation Long-Range Planning Committee Member Don Jelinek shall serve on the CornhuskerArmy Ammunition Plant Reuse Committee in an advisory capacity . 2. That Jeffrey Raymond shall be appointed as the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality's representative on the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant Reuse Committee to replace Emily Chen.
