<br />CfP;::'.,A..33? <br />7 ~ HALL COUNTY <br />\- <br /> <br />BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING - DECEMBER 13, 1994 <br /> <br />t- <br />',j, <br />,,~ <br /> <br />The Hall County Board of 8~pervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned <br />session and by published c'all with Chairman Richard Hartman presiding. <br />'t <br /> <br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard <br />Hartman, Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie and Gary Quandt. Tammie Stelk <br />was absent. <br /> <br />Invocation was given by Rev. Fred Gardner, United Congregational Church. <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance was given. <br /> <br />Tammie Stelk arrived at 9:07 A.M. <br /> <br />Minutes of November 29th meeting were approved by motion of Quandt, <br />seconded by Frauen. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Board members had discussion on actions being taken by Mid-Plains that <br />wasn't reported to the County Board members. Hartman gave Jerry Janulewicz, <br />County Deputy Attorney, a interlocal agreement to review and return to <br />the Board f~r action. <br /> <br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Stelk to adopt resolution #1605 for <br />additional advisory member to the Reuse Committee. Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br />", <br />RESOLUTION #~b <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #1512 TO ADD A REPRESENTATIVE OF <br />THE SOUTHERN POWER COMPANY AS AN ADVISORY MEMBER OF THE <br />CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT REUSE COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors approved <br />Resolution #1512 on August 31, 1993; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors now wishes to <br />amend t~ution to add an advisor from the Southern Power <br />Company <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />~h~t Tim Stanton shall,serve on the Cornhusker Army <br />Ammunltlon Plant Reuse COIDmlttee in an advisory capacity. <br /> <br />Dated this 13th day of December, 1994. <br /> <br />:L COUNTY BOARD VVISORS <br /> <br /> <br />~n, Chair <br /> <br /> <br />Motion made by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to adopt resolution #1606 <br />to appoint Mayor Ken Gnadt to replace Ernest L Dobesh on the Reuse <br />Committee.
