<br />Quandt made motion, seconded by Abernethy to accept the final plats for
<br />South Loup Subdivision, Varah Subdivision and Varah 2nd Subdivision
<br />and authorize Chairman to sign. Vice Chairman, Ste1k called for the vote
<br />as Hartman was out of the room. Abernethy, Frauen, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no.

<br />9:32 A.M. - Quandt made motion, seconded by Leslie to enter Board of
<br />Equalization. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt
<br />voted yes, none present voted no. Ste1k was out of the room.

<br />Max Boersen, Building Inspector, asked that hearing dates for two new
<br />and one renewal conditional use permit. The motion was made by Frauen,
<br />seconded by Quandt to set hearing for Fant Broadcasting/NTV for January
<br />3rd at 10:30 A.M., for David G.K. Werner use permit on January 3rd at
<br />10:35 A.M. and the renewal permit for Emil Schaaf on January 3rd at 10:40
<br />A.M. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Ste1k voted
<br />yes, none voted no.

<br />Leslie made motion, seconded by Frauen to pay Jury claims submitted by
<br />the Clerk of the District Court. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
