9~~-;? 9/ Maintenance Agreement Between the Nebraska Department of Roads and The County of Hall MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT NO. 13 AGREEMENT --------- THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between Hall County, herein- after referred to as the DCountyD, and the State of Nebraska, Department of Roads, acting by and through its Director-State Engineer, hereinafter referred to as the "StateD, and this Agreement is to have an effective date of November 1, 1994 and a termination date of April 15, 1995, and is renewable on an annual basis on mutual consent of the parties. WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the State and the County wish to enter into an Agreement relative to the snow removal from frontage roads within the County by the County. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of this fact, the parties hereto agree as follows: SECTION 1. The County agrees to perform the snow removal of the State Highway frontage roads as designated in EXHIBIT DAD. SECTION 2. The State will pay the County the sum of $250.00 per lane mile per winter season for the snow removal. Payment will be made at the conclusion of the winter season.
