Hostler, <br />County Public Works director that a dangerous traffic <br />situation exists at the intersection of GuDharrel Road and <br /> <br />.~ ~.: <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Bismark Road, and that it is necessary to erect the stop <br />signs at said intersection and, <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, <br />deems it necessary in the intereat of traffic safety to erect <br />said stop signs; <br />THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered by the <br />County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, in .regular <br />session, that Daniel J. Hostler, Public Works Director be <br />and the same hereby is authorized and directed to erect stop <br />signs at the intersection of Gunbarrel Road and Bismark Road <br />and that said stop signs at the intersection be erected <br />in such a manner as to require traffic approaching said <br />intersection from the west to stop before entering <br />into said intersection. <br /> <br />.;.,.. <br /> <br />.:.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proper law enforcement officers be notified <br />of this action. <br />Adopted dJdluJ ~o-, 19 <br /> <br /> <br />.:. <br />t~.. <br /> <br /> <br />Motion made by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to approve the maintenance <br />agreement between the Nebraska Department of Roads and Hall County. <br />The County agrees to perform snow removal of the State Highway frontage <br />road east of US Hwy 281 north. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, <br />and Quandt voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />.' . <br />
