9~~>:lt,o ~ WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska, received an offer by Gary Carothers and Ted Robb for the purchase of the above described real property for the sum of. TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,000.00) which offer was accepted by the County Board of Hall County on August 23, 1994. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sale of the above- described real property for the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($12,000.00) is hereby determined to be a reasonable price ,for said property and the sale of the same is hereby approved. The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the County Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the County of Hall, Nebraska, a deed and any documents necessary to convey the same to the above-named parties. ./Jlw Dated this ~ day of September, 1994. Roger Nygaard, President of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce and Theresa Kuzelka, Executive Director of the Visitors Bureau discussed with the Board the lack of their support in helping with the Central District meeting last week. A letter of apology was handed to each board member and read by Ms. Kuzelka. Landis made motion, seconded by Quandt to adopt resolution #1590 to amend resolution #1512. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt voted yes, Stelk voted no.. Motion carried. ~SOLUTION# /5'"?'LJ ... .. A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION #1512 TO ADD A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE U.S. FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE AS AN ADVISORY MEMBER OF THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT REUSE COMMITTEE WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors approved Resolution #1512 on August 31, 1993; and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors now wishes to amend that Resolution to add an advisor from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; and 1rl"-', ,..... . NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: That Jon Kaufeld shall serve on the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant Reuse Committee in an advisory capacity.
