Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Landis made motion, seconded by Abernethy to ask the Board Assistant, <br />Ellen Merrill, to write a letter of recommendation for James Webb, <br />who was the Grand Island Independent reporter that covered the Board <br />meetings for some time. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie <br />and Quandt voted yes, Stelk was not in the room. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt <br />voted yes, Stelk was not in the room. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Ellen Merriil, Board Assistant, had letter of thanks to each of the Senators <br />that attended and took part in the Central District meeting, and she ask <br />that the Board members to sign. She also informed the Board that Alice <br />Mahood, Clerk Magistrate, had ask for a meeting with the Building and <br />Grounds committee~ <br /> <br />Landis made motion, second by Frauen to pay Frank Barrett, speaker for the <br />Central District meeting, $200.00 for his services' -plus the mileage fee. <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Quandt voted yes, Stelk <br />was no in the room.
