<br />9L/~,~5' <br /> <br />.~' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all fees and expenses of the Trustee have been paid in full. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />Section 1. The Lease Termination Agreement, the Special Warranty, Deed, <br />Bill of Sale and Release and the Bill of Sale to be executed by the County <br />terminating the Lease and conveying all of County's right, title and interest in and <br />to the Project covered by the Lease and the Indenture from County to Continental <br />in the form or substantially the form presented to the Board of Supervisors, but <br />with any such changes, modifications, amendments, revisions or alterations <br />therein, thereof or thereto as the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors shall in the <br />exercise of his or her own independent judgment and absolute discretion determine <br />to be necessary, proper, appropriate, advisable or desirable in order to terminate <br />the Lease and convey the Project to Continental to be the same and in all respects <br />hereby authorized, adopted and approved. <br /> <br />Section 7. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after <br />its passage and approval. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this /1 ty of ~ 1994. <br /> <br />THE COUNTY OF HALL NEBRASKA <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Chairman of the Board of Supervisors <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution #1589 was adopted by motion of Frauen and second by Stelk. <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie and Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no, <br />Landis abstained due to a conflict of interest. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # /~-j1;r <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF BLOCK THREE (3) ROUSH <br />SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, is the record title <br />owner of the above described real property having acquired the <br />same through tax foreclosure proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Neb.Rev.Stat. sec. 77-1936, property <br />acquired under tax foreclosure proceedings may be sold by the <br />governmental body which acquired the property by deed signed by <br />the chairman for such price as the governing body of the <br />governmental subdivision, in the exercise of good faith, finds to <br />be a reasonable price for the property; and <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska, desires <br />to sell the above-described real property at a reasonable price; <br />and <br /> <br />'I <br />
