<br />Public Works Director and Committee for review and recommendation. Abernethy,

<br />Public Works Committee and Director will meet with representatives from bids
<br />received, and will make recommendation at next week's meeting.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director explained the Certification of Compliance
<br />for County Project NO. C40(136) and presented Resolution in regard to same
<br />project.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to authorize chairman to sign
<br />Certification of Compliance and to Adopt Resolution #1571 as presented.
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nehraska requests credit for 80% of the
<br />~ligible construction cost of County Project No. C40(136)
<br />State Bridge NO. C004013015 be applied as credit for the Non-Federal
<br />Share of future HBRRP Projects, in accordance with the provisions of Section
<br />123(e) of the 1987 Surface Transportation and Unifonm Relocation Assistance Act
<br />Off-System Bridge Program.
<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Hebraska, has successfully completed
<br />construction of Project No.C40(136) State Bridge No. C0040l3015
<br />to meet all conditions necessary to qualify for the credit mentioned above, subject
<br />to .the penalties of US Code, Title 18, Section 1020.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS,
<br />.Hall County, State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction
<br />cost of Project No. C40(136) State Bridge N:>. C004013015
<br />
<br />and be applied as credit for Non-Federal share of future HBRRP Projects.
