<br />the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), Section Nineteen (19), Township Nine (9) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS ~ petitioners have requested that the above-described property be
<br />rezoned from AG-l to a Planned Unit Development Zone by filing their petition with
<br />the Regional Planning Commission; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Regional Planning Commission held a public hearing on said
<br />petition on June 1, 1994, following a statutory notice thereof and, upon the
<br />conclusion of said public hearing, the Commission upon unanimous vote of the eight
<br />members present, recommended that the Hall County Board approve the requested
<br />change in land use district; and
<br />WHEREAS, on June 7, 1994, a public hearing was held by the County Board
<br />

<br />of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska upon the requested change in land use
<br />district following statutory notice of said public hearing.
<br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, the aforesaid property as described above is
<br />hereby rezoned from AG-l (agricultural) to a Planned Unit Development Zone based
<br />upon the preliminary development plan submitted to tp,e Regional Planning
<br />Commission and the Hall County Board of Supervisors, which preliminary plan is
<br />hereby approved. Amendment of the Official County Zoning Map to reflect this
<br />change in 'zoning is hereby approved.
