Motion carried. <br /> <br />Deeds, Documentary stamp tax fees for March <br />recording fees collected for March <br />Photo fees collected for March <br /> <br />$ 4,254.78 <br />$12,257.50 <br />$ 535.25 <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant reported on visit with Social Services <br />Director in regard to parking on 'street in front of building (2) Asked who <br />would be attending the Industrial Foundation Meeting, Wednesday (April 20) at <br />noon (3) Had letter ready for signatures to be mailed to State Senators (4) <br />reminder of need for meeting to renegotiate contract for Children's Village <br />Family Center and also Mid Plains Center (5) in reqard to request from changes <br />in Emergency Action plans (6) Bookmobile Committee has set up tour of the <br />bookmobile at 3:00 'p.m. today in parking lot. <br /> <br />Deputy Attorney Janulewicz returned with resolution for sale of surplus mater- <br />ials. Discussed limiting the sales to less than $500.00 and sale of culverts, <br />bridge materials and grader blades only. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Landis to adopt Resolution #1560 as <br />prepared by Deputy Attorney for sale of cul~erts, bridge materials and grader <br />blades. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, and Stelk voted yes, <br />Quandt voted no. Motion carried on 6 yes, 1 no vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # / S-~ 0 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN SURPLUS COUNTY <br />PROPERTY BY THE HALL COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Purchasing Act permits county boards to <br />authorize a county official or employee to sell surplus <br />personal property which is obsolete or not usable by the <br />county, other than mobile equipment, having a value of less <br />than $500.00; and <br />
