Letter from South Central Nebraska RC & D with their annual report of <br />activities. <br /> <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Quandt to place on file the communications <br />received today. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and <br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Charles Kaufman, County Parks Superintendent presented proposal for tree <br />planting and set date to-receive bids for trees and also copy of proposed <br />specifications prepared. Discussion followed. <br /> <br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Quandt to approve placing ad forbids to purchase <br />trees, requestiong one price for trees planted and one price for trees not <br />planted. Discussion followed and Landis offered amendment to remove from <br />specs~the .quantity of trees and list to bid equal number of the listed trees. <br />yollowing more discussion, voted on motion with amendment included.
