<br />to the Board of Trustees of Hospital Authority No. 1 of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for six-year terms.

<br />D1scussion on Claims aud1ted today. Land1s stated board should establish a
<br />policy for meals and expenses for county employees to attend meetings. Also
<br />questioned claim from Public Defender for $250.00 for Compton & Associates for
<br />investigations and claim from Sheriff for $1465.00 for radios etc.
<br />Stelk held Claim #95110355 $1488. and Claim #95110342 $1209.05 for
<br />clarification by Corrections Director at Board of Corrections meeting next
<br />week.
<br />Landis requested clarification for claim #95110051 $250.00 from Public
<br />Defender.
<br />Stelk still stressed the request from County Board Members that any large
<br />expenditures to be brought to Board Members before purchasing.
<br />
<br />Motion by Ste1k, seconded by Hartman to authorize County Clerk to make payments
<br />of claims audited except for three claims held for clarification, which may be
<br />paid when clarified. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion Approved.

<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to recess for Executive Session in
<br />regard to Appointment of Election Commissioner. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie~ and Quandt voted yes, Rosenkotter and Ste1k voted no. Motion Approved.
<br />
<br />EXECUTIVE SESSION at 2:07 P.M. and"returned to regular session at 2:25 P.M.
<br />on motion by Hartman, seconded by Ste1k. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion Approved.

<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Stelk to make the appointment of Election
<br />Commission position on agenda for December 12, 1995 at 10:00 A.M. Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted

<br />The Insurance Committee recommends the Board hire consultant
<br />Brent Hilier to work with the committee to study insurance
<br />
