<br />Discussion on guideline policy for County Board Meetings. Some corrections
<br />were requested in wording. , Motion by Stelk, seconded by Leslie to approve
<br />the guidelines with the corrections suggested. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Chairman Abernethy reported the new bookmobile dedication will be Friday,
<br />November 10th at 4:00 P.M. She will be unable to attend, so Tammie Stelk
<br />will represent the County Board at the dedication.
<br />
<br />Discussion on setting date of County Auction. Board Assistant had visited
<br />with Tom Wieck, Auctioneer and has any Saturday in December open, with cost
<br />of $500.00 or 10% of sale, and 5% on sale of vehicles. Discussed holding
<br />auction December 9th with weather date of December 16th.
<br />Motion by Quandt to hold off on auction until spring. No second.

<br />County Clerk presented the 1995 County Department Inventories which have been
<br />checked by County Board Members.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Landis to accept, sign and place on file
<br />the 1995 County Department Inventories. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. Motion
<br />carried.
