Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />POLICY OF THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS FOR VIDEO <br />RECORDING OF COUNTY BOARD MEETINGS BY <br />THE COUNTY BOARD ASSISTANT <br /> <br />1.0. ~URPOSE. The purpose of this policy shall be to provide <br />po11c1es and procedures for video recordings of meetings 0r the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors and to provide public access to <br />~uch recordings. <br /> <br />2.0 RECORDING OF MEETINGS. There shall be a video recording <br />made of a~l regular and special meetings of the Hall County Board <br />of Superv1sors, the Hall County Board of Corrections and the <br />Hall.County Board of Equalization except those meeti~gs or <br />port~ons thereof when the Board, by majority vote is in closed <br />seSS1on. B~ request made to the County Board <br />Ass1s~ant, the publ1c, 1nclud1ng county officers and employees, <br />may ~1sten to any recording made pursuant to this policy on a <br />mach~ne ap~ro~ed by the Board Assistant.
