<br />q5~- ~59 <br /> <br />, J <br />0<... <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # /&, 7 / <br /> <br />0; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the days of September 12, 13 and 14, 1995, Husker Harvest Days will be held at <br />the South edge of the Comhusker Army Ammunition Plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the narrow shoulders on ~ roads in the area of the Husker Harvest Days <br />site it is desirable to prohibit the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles upon certain roads in the <br /> <br />vicinity of the Husker Harvest Days site during the period of said event <br /> <br /> <br />THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Hall County, Nebraska County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />that commencing September 5, 1995 the stopping, ~g or parking of vehicles upon the following <br />county roadways, their shoulders and right ofways is hereby prohibited, to-wit: <br />1. On Husker IDghway from its intersection with 80th Road to the intersection of Husker <br /> <br />Highway and Schauppsville Road a distance of approximately two miles. <br />2. On 90th Road from its intersection with Husker IDgbway to the intersection of 90th Road <br /> <br />and Schimmer Drive a distance of approximately one mile. <br /> <br />The Hall County Public Works Department shall erect and mainhlin such proper and adequate <br /> <br /> <br />ATrEST: . <br /> <br />Marjorie <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Hall County Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion on considering an increase in property tax receipts <br />consumer price index, the 1.4% to increase for maximum of 4% <br />for accessiblity barrier elimination (A.D.A) project costs. <br /> <br />Six residents and 3 new media representatives were present for <br />budget hearing. <br /> <br />by 2.6% <br />and increase <br /> <br />Public <br /> <br />Motion by Rosenkotter, seconded by Leslie to approve the <br />allowed for Consumer Price Index for Hall County Budget. <br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkot'ter and Stelk voted yes, <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />2.6 percent increase <br />Abernethy, Hartman, <br />none voted no. <br /> <br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Rosenkotter to approve the additional 1.4 per <br />cent increase for maximum of 4 percent allowed. Abernethy, Hartman,Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion' <br />carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Rosenkotter to approve the amount to pay for <br />ADA costs. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and <br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
