Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />'. <br />The claim from William Franc~s with Cunningham Law firm was over <br />90 days old. Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to deny <br />the claim for $65.00 to Willia~ Francis. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and',.Stelk all voted yes and none voted <br />no. <br /> <br />.. <br />Claim #95070286 for Donald Walters' for $3,212.30 was discussed. <br />Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to return the claim for <br />Donald Walters for clarification on the hours and why the Public --, -'_.. <br />defende~s office was not used. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, <br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />Claim number 95070033 for $2,036.80 to Edward Clark was discussed. <br />The claim showed the number of hours and the rate of pay so it <br />was approved. <br /> <br />Quandt made a motion and Hartman seconded to approve and pay <br />all other claims. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> <br />Ray Rabe from the Health Department made the following recommendations <br />for the appointments to the Health Board. Michael D. Horn, Virginia M. <br />Bode and Don R.Brittin will all serve three-year terms. Hartman made <br />a motion and Landis seconded to approve the appo:intment of Michael.D. <br />Horn, Virginia M. Bode and Don R. Brittin. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and Quandt voted no. <br /> <br />The resolution from the Bank of Wood River for pledged collateral <br />was read. Hartman made a motion and Leslie seconded to approve and <br />sign resolution #1667 for pledged collateral from the Bank of Wood <br />River.
