JOHNSON <br />Assistant Superintendent <br /> <br />June 16, 1995 <br /> <br />GIS Committee Report <br /> <br />The GIS Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors accept the <br />proposal of Intergraph for $131,517.00 for computers and program to the keep the <br />property maps updated. <br /> <br />The GIS Committee feels that without this equipment and program that the maps done <br />by Aerometrics are being outdated daily. <br /> <br />The funding for this program can be funded from the 1994-1995 Budget and the 1995- <br />1996 Budget if the Hall County Board allocates the same amount that was allocated in the <br />1994-1995 Budget year. <br /> <br />GI~ <br /> <br />Robe L slie " ~ ( <br /> <br /> <br />Following a conversation with Intergraph we recarmend that the maintenance <br />contract in the amount of $7,235.00 be added to the above bid. This will <br />cover both hardware and software for the first year. <br /> <br />Stelk made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded to pay Great Plains <br />Appraisial from miscellaneous general. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and Quandt and Landis voted no. <br />
