.~ '15 r ..':<'63 . COMMUNICATIONS The following communications were read: Grand Island Hall County Health Department- letter from Ray Rabe on the revised 199~~1995 budget. US Department of Housing and Urban Development - informing the board on future reporting. Quandt made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded to accept communications and place on file. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. BOARD REPORTS Stelk - Senior Citizens, Midland Area on Aging and the Insruance Meeting. Landis - Reuse Committee meeting and the insurance committee meeting. Leslie - Attended-the insurance meeting, ~~meeting and Stuhr Museum meeting. Rosenkotter - She attended the public works committee meeting. UNFINISHED BUSINESS The board receved a request from Ellen Merrill requesting vacation on July 21 and 24. Quandt made a motion and Rosenkotter seconded Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Rosenkotter will set a booth at the Health Fair July 8 from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Abernethy will also help. NEW BUSINESS The personal committee will consist of Quandt, Rosenkotter, Abernethy, Landis and Totzke. The meeting will be June 26 at 8:30 A.M. in the Board Room. Hartman gave the recommendation from the Public Works Committee meeting as the chairman he recommended that they buy the John Deere from Rodeo Road. Hartman made a motion and Landis_seconded to accept thecbid~fromRodeo Road and authorize Dan Hostler to: sig:g the purchase order. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Rosenkotter all voted yes and Quandt voted no. Stelk abstained~c Business was completed.
