Marvin Webb with Webb and Company presented the proposed bid specs for the ADA remodeling in the health department and social services buildings. Need to set a bid opening date and the amount of liability insurance. It was recommended that the amount for the certificate of insurance be $250,000.00. Discussion was held on the cost of the plans and the expence of repairing the old buildings. Stelkmade a motion and Rosenk~tter seconded to set a bid date fgr April 4. Rosenkotter amended the motion to accept the plans and set a bid date for April 4. 'Abernethy, Leslie, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes and Quandt and Hartman voted no. Rick Stepanek, Building and Grounds, presented 2 bids for the fire alarm systems. Hartman made a motion, Rosenkotter seconded to accept the low bid from Protex Central Inc. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Low bid of $13,450.00. Irene Abernethy introduced Ray Rabe the new Director of the Health Department. McDermott and Miller presented the audit report to the Hall County Board. This audit is conducted according to county and federal regulations~ The various letters and grafs were reviewed and explained. Discussion was held on the Clerk of the District Court audit. Questions were ask concerning Federal Home Mortgage collateral. This complies with state statutes.
