Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. The following bids are for <br />one new 1995 bookmobile van F.O.B., 211 North Washington, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. The following bids were read. <br /> <br />;) <br /> <br />Masters Transportiaon - declined to bid. <br /> <br />also a second option of $63,315.00 <br />Ohio Bus Sales, Canton, Ohio - total bid of $6~,9l5.00 with a <br />delivery date of 240 days. <br />Farber Specialty Vehicles, Colubus, Ohio,-total bid of $75,300.00 <br />delivery date of 180 days <br />Cornhusker International Truck Sales, Lincoln, Nebraska - total bid <br />$64,885.00 delivery date of 270 to 300 <br />days alternate bid of a Chevrolet <br />$65,791.00 delivery date 270 to' 300 days <br />American Custom Vehicles New Phildelphia, Ohio - total bid $68,733.00 <br />deliver date of 150 to 180 days <br />Quandt made motion, Hartman seconded, to refer the bids to the Library <br />Board. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Discussion was held and if possible to <br />try and use the Nebraska dealer. Committee will review the bids and <br />make recommendation. To be discussed March 21st. <br /> <br />Abernethy opened the public hearing for the 1-6 Road Program. The <br />board members received copies of the program. The total of the 1 year <br />road program is $494,000.00 of county tax dollars, $39,000.00 of soft <br />match, $59,000.00 state aid,$476,000.00 to be matched by Hamilton County <br />with a total of $1,900,000.00. On the 6 year project there were some <br />additions. Hartman proposed that the Keno funds could be used to start' <br />the 1-R Road project. This would help to build the the road fund. <br />Discussion was held concerning some long range plans for the use of <br />Keno Funds. Hartman made motion, Leslie seconded, to designate <br />$300,000.00 from the Keno Fund for the 1-R Road and to transfer C40-14-143 <br />to the 1 year plan. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt and Rosenkotter <br />voted yes and Stelk voted no. Hartman made a motion and Rosenkotter <br />seconded to adopt the 1-6 Road Program. Abernethy, Hartman, Leslie, <br />Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes and Stelk voted no. <br /> <br />The Resolution for the 1-6 year plan was read Hartman made motion <br />Quandt seconded to adopt Resolution #1631.
