Janulewicz advised the Board that the~resolution f6~ Fant Broadcasting was approved on February 14, 1995 and failed to be passed around for signatures, the resolution was then signed by board members. It'was also explained to the Board of 'n incorrect resolution # thAtfwas used in the meeting for February 14, 1995 in regards to the Fant Broadcasting resolution. A correction was asked for and Rosenkotter made motion, seconded by Quandt to correct the resolution #1612 for Fant'Broadcasting conditional use permit to read' #1619 in the minutes of February 14, 1995. Aberenthy, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, and Landis voted no. Motion carried. Tort claims ,was received from seven owners"of 'horses that were lost in a fire at Fonner Park approximately one year agb~ Janulewicz ' recommended to'receive as communications. the proposed janitorial service contract with to him for review and he found it to be in ok for approyal at the time it appears on the Discussion on Madison County Contract concerning a renewal and followed by a motion by Rosenkotter, seconded by Landis to table the subject until we' 'get'some\reponse, froma1'telephonet:call; made:'by,"Janulewicz : to" the three county supervisors in Madison county to know if they are willing to honor~the new contract that has been submitted to them. Rosenkotter withdrew the motion and Landis withdrew her second. Rosenkotter made motion, seconded by Landis to ask the Truell Law Office to accept cases from the court until we 'have'" 'resolution regarding the Madison county contract.
