<br />~he Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned
<br />session and by published call with Chairman Irene Abernethy presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Hartman, Margaret
<br />Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt, Judy Rosenkotter ~nd Tammie Stelk.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Rev. J. L. Jones, Immanuel Bapti~t Church.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of February 21st meeting was approved as mailed.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney, Jerry Janulewicz, presented a resolution to
<br />correct resolution #1624 which was adopted on February 21, 1995, grant-
<br />ing a zoning change' as applied for by Mr & Mrs Dennis Bonsack. This
<br />resolution stated the property in question was in the AG~1 zone and in fact
<br />was in the AG-2 zone and was incorrectly stated that the Regional Planning
<br />Commission meeting' was on' Febrau:ry 7, ".. 1995 when in fact it.~was on' February
<br />1, 1995~ Quandt made motion, seconded by Hartman to adopt resolution '
<br />#1626 as thecortected resolution. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />A RESOLUTION CORRECTING RESOLUTION
<br />#1624, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 21, 1995
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on February 21, 1995, the Hall County Board of
<br />Supervisors adopted resolution #1624 changing the land use
<br />district boundary of the TA-1 (Transitional Agriculture)
<br />district as set forth therein; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said resolution incorrectly stated the date
<br />action was taken by the Regional Planning Cormnission and
<br />incorrectly stated the land use district in which the
<br />subject property was located; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors desires
<br />to correct the record of the aforesaid boundary change as
<br />set forth herein by adopting this resolution; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, ,the property as described in Exhibit "A,"
<br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
<br />reference,is located within the AG-2 (Agricultural) land use
<br />Zoning district; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the owners of said property, Mr. and Mrs.
<br />Dennis Bonsack, have requested a change in land use district
<br />for said property to a TA-1 (Transitional Agricultural) Zone
<br />so as to permit the eventual subdivision of said property
<br />into five lots for new single family homes; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional
<br />Planning Cormnission, held February 1, 1995, said request was
<br />considered following a public hearing thereon. Upon
<br />consideration of the matter, the Planning Cormnission, by
<br />unanimous vote of the nine members present, recormnended that
<br />the Hall County Board of Supervisors approve the requested
<br />change of land use district as being in conformance with the
<br />adopted County Comprehensive Development Plan; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County
<br />Board of Supervisors, held February 7, 1995, a public
<br />hearing was held upon said request and the recormnendation of
<br />the regional planning cormnission was received; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, on the 21st day of February, 1995, the Hall
<br />County Board of Supervisors found that, upon consideration
<br />of the record herein and the factors set out in
<br />Neb.Rev.Stat. sec. 23-114.03, the requested zoning change is
<br />consistent with the comprehensive development plan of Hall
<br />County and granted said requested change.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE RESOLVED that Resolution #1624 is
<br />hereby corrected as set forth above and that the land as
