A porta potty and refreshment table would be located there and all trash and debris would be clean up after the event. Quandt made motion, seconded by Stelk to grant the use of the area. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosehkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Discussioh1'on,-aaoption of Roberts Rules of Order .as it has never been adopted by the Board of Supervisors. The issue will be looked into for further decision. Dan Hostler presented the 1-6 year road program and asked to have a public hearing on March 14th at 10:45 A.M.
