<br />Nelson Helms, Regional Planning Director, gave the quarterly report for
<br />his department and entertained questions from the board.
<br />
<br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to open the public hearing as
<br />published for the rezoning of property owned by Mr and Mrs Marvin
<br />Hartman. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
<br />No one appeared concerning the hearing. Nelson Helms explained the
<br />zoning and use of this property. Landis made motion, seconded by Qu~ndt '"
<br />to close the hearing. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
<br />Quandt made motion, seconded by Hartman to approve resolution #1625
<br />approving the land change. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE LAND USE DISTRICT BOUNDARY
<br />OF THE HALL COUNTY ZONING MAP
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the property as described in Exhibit "A,"
<br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
<br />reference,is located within the AG-1 (Agricultural) land use
<br />Zoning district; and,
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, .the owners of said property, Mr. and Mrs.
<br />Marvin Hartman, have requested a change in land use district
<br />for said property to a Planned Unit Development so as to
<br />permit the construction of one additional single family
<br />residence upon said property; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional
<br />Planning Commission, held February 1, 1995, said request was
<br />considered following a public hearing thereon. Upon
<br />consideration of the matter, the Planning Commission, by
<br />unanimous vote of the nine members present, recommended that
<br />the Hall County Board of Supervisors approve the requested
<br />change of land use district as being in conformance with the
<br />adopted County Comprehensive Development Plan in maintaining,
<br />the maximum density permitted under current conditions of
<br />the property; a~d

<br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County
<br />Board of Supervisors, held February 21, 1995, a public
<br />hearing was held upon said request and the recommendation of
<br />the regional planning commission was received.

<br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED By the Hall County Board of
<br />Supervisors that, ,upon consideration of the record herein
<br />and the fac~ors set out in Neb.Rev.Stat. sec. 23-114.03, the
<br />Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the preliminary
<br />development plan should be approved without modification and
<br />that the requested zoning change is consistent with the,
<br />comprehensive development plan of Hall County and should be
<br />granted.

<br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the preliminary development
<br />plan is approved without modification and the land as
<br />described in Exhibit "A" be placed and designated as a
<br />Planned Unit Development. The change made in the district
<br />boundaries as set forth in this resolution shall be
<br />portrayed on the Official Zoning Map of Hall County pursuant
<br />to the Hall County Zoning Resolution which change shall
<br />become effective upon such action and official entry of such
<br />change.
