<br />C{5;:-~ .5/ <br /> <br />~'~ <br /> <br />Motion made by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to adopt resolution #1624 <br />,~o change land use on the property of Mr and Mrs Dennis Bonsack. <br />Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted <br />yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />//,{ l/ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE LAND USE DISTRICT BOUNDARY <br />OF THE HALL COUNTY ZONING MAP <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property as described in Exhibit "A," <br />which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br />reference,is located within the AG-1 (Agricultural) land use <br />Zoning district; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owners of said property, Mr. and Mrs. <br />Dennis Bonsack, have requested a change in land use district <br />for said property to a TA-1 (Transitional Agricultural) Zone <br />so as to permit the eventual subdivision of said property <br />into five lots for new single family homes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional <br />Planning Commission, held February 7, 1995, said request was <br />considered following a public hearing thereon. Upon <br />consideration of the matter, the Planning Commission, by <br />unanimous vote of the nine members present, recommended that <br />the Hall County Board of Supervisors approve the requested <br />change of land use district as being in conformance with the <br />adopted County Comprehensive Development Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County <br />Board of' supervisors, held February _, 1995, a public <br />hearing was held upon said request and the recommendation of <br />the regional planning commission was received. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED By the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors that, upon consideration of the record herein <br />, and the factors set out in Neb.Rev.Stat. sec. 23-114.03, the <br />Hall County Board of Supervisors finds that the requested' <br />zoning change is, consistent with the comprehensive. <br />development plan of Hall County and should be granted. <br /> <br />IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the land as described in, <br />Exhibit "An be placed and designated as within the TA-1 <br />(Agricultural) land use zoning district.
