Janulewic , <br />County Attorney <br /> <br />Motion made by Rosenkott~r, seconded by Landis to approve Janulewicz <br />the authority to negotiate with St Francis Medical Center for the <br />Board of Equalization. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Quandt, Rosenkotter <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br /> <br />Discussed the recommendation by Janulewicz and Max Boersen, Building <br />Inspector concerning the conditional use permit being requested by <br />Fant Broadcasting to build a tower south of Wood River. <br />Hartman made motion to give the permit for 10 years, seconded by Rosen- <br />kotter. Abernethy, Hartman and Rosenkotter voted yes, Landis, Quandt <br />and Stelk voted no. Motion failed. . <br />Hartman made motion to issue the permit for 5 years. Motion died for <br />lack of a second. The Chiarman asked that this issue be put on the <br />agenda again next week. <br /> <br />Disucssion of the janitoral contract for the Administration Building, <br />Courthouse and the Social Service Building which is up the end of <br />February. Rosenkotter and Stelk will contact Terry Randolph with the <br />Mid-Nebraska Mental Retardation Service in regards to their providing <br />the services to the county. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Quandt , seconded by Hartman to offer City of Grand <br />Island a $500 consideration fee with the Option to buy for $25,000 and <br />authorize the Chair to sign this offer. Abernethy and Stelk voted no. <br />Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes, motion carried. <br />
