Janulewic , County Attorney Motion made by Rosenkott~r, seconded by Landis to approve Janulewicz the authority to negotiate with St Francis Medical Center for the Board of Equalization. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Discussed the recommendation by Janulewicz and Max Boersen, Building Inspector concerning the conditional use permit being requested by Fant Broadcasting to build a tower south of Wood River. Hartman made motion to give the permit for 10 years, seconded by Rosen- kotter. Abernethy, Hartman and Rosenkotter voted yes, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted no. Motion failed. . Hartman made motion to issue the permit for 5 years. Motion died for lack of a second. The Chiarman asked that this issue be put on the agenda again next week. Disucssion of the janitoral contract for the Administration Building, Courthouse and the Social Service Building which is up the end of February. Rosenkotter and Stelk will contact Terry Randolph with the Mid-Nebraska Mental Retardation Service in regards to their providing the services to the county. Motion was made by Quandt , seconded by Hartman to offer City of Grand Island a $500 consideration fee with the Option to buy for $25,000 and authorize the Chair to sign this offer. Abernethy and Stelk voted no. Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Rosenkotter voted yes, motion carried.
