Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RETURNED TO REGULAR SESSION at 11:30 a.m. <br /> <br />QUARTERLY REPORT ON COMPUTERS: Joel Dalton presented written information <br />and gave quarterly update on computer project. Board Assistant, Sheriff, <br />Jail, Co Attorney, Probation and Public Defender offices are connected with <br />the existing criminal justice network, 1996-1997 to include County Court, <br />District Court and Judges. Other County Offices are part of future proposed <br />project. <br /> <br />BOARD OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS FORMS: Certification for July 1, <br />1995 thru June 30, 1996 was presented for consideration. <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Long to adopt the Certification and <br />authorize chair to sign. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk <br />voted yes, none voted no, Hartman was absent from room. <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR CLOSING A COUNTY ROAD FROM SAINT JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH <br />HOSPITAL. Letter was read, requesting the temporary closing of county <br />road directly north of District lR school on West One-R Road (from Webb <br />Road to North Road on Sunday October 13, 1996 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. <br />to hold annual Bike-A-Thon. <br />
