<br />RENEWAL OF AMUSEMENT LICENSE: Application for renewal of Amusement License
<br />for Fonner View Golf Course, 2224 S. Stuhr Road for Golf Course from 1st
<br />day of October 1996 to the 31st day of September, 1997 was presented for
<br />consideration.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to approve the renewal of amuse-

<br />Hartman read the following Public Works Committee recommendation:

<br />The Hall County Pubic Works Committee recommends the Hall County Board of
<br />Supervisors receive bids for a concrete hammer. Bids to be received until 10'00 a m
<br />on Oct. 15, 1996.
<br />
<br />Also receive bids for a new 1997 10 yard Dump Truck, with trade-in of one 1975 White
<br />Western Star 10 yard Dump Truck. Bids to be received until 10:15 a.m. on
<br />Oct. 15, 1996.
