<br />9?.F - ~CJ.y . <br />1.3 Persons within the park shall obey all park rules and traffic SIgnS. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1.4 Go-carts, snowmobiles, and unlicensed motor vehicles shall not be <br />operated within the park. <br /> <br />1. 5 Firearms shall not be permitted within the park. <br /> <br />1.6 Alcoholic liquor shall not be permitted within the park. <br /> <br />1. 7 Persons within the park shall not litter. <br /> <br />1.8 Park visitors shall not intentionally disturb the peace and quiet of other persons <br />within the park. <br /> <br />1.9 Pets within the park shall be kept on leashes or within confined enclosures and <br />shall not be permitted to run at large while within the park. Horses and other <br />liVestock shall not be permitted within the park. <br /> <br />2.0 Camping <br /> <br />2. I Camping is permitted only in designated camping areas during periods as <br />established pursuant to section 4.0. <br /> <br />2.2 The fee for tent camping shall be $4.00 per day per tent, including sales tax, and <br />the fee for recreational vehicles (pickup campers, camping trailers, motor homes, etc.) <br />shall be $8.00 per day per unit, including sales tax. <br /> <br />2.3 The duration of stay for camping shan not exceed three (3) consecutive days in <br />any week unless the park superintendent permits an extension based upon extenuating <br />circumstances such as illness. The camping facilities are available for visitors and <br />shall not be used as a permanent place of abode. <br /> <br />2.4 Persons who wish to camp shall register for camping and pay camping fees in <br />advance. <br /> <br />2.5 Check out time shall be 12:30 p.m <br /> <br />3.0 Group Camping and Picnicking <br /> <br />Groups of twenty (20) or more persons who desire to use the park for camping or <br />picnicking shall notify the park superintendent at least 24 hours in advance. <br /> <br />4.0 Days and Hours of Operation <br /> <br />4.1 The park opening and closing dates shall be determined by the park <br />superintendent but will be approximately April through October. Camping is <br />permitted during camping season which will be established by the park superintendent <br />but will be approximately May I through September 30. The park superintendent <br />may open the park during other periods under such conditions and restrictions as <br />deemed appropriate or necessary by the park superintendent. <br /> <br />4.2 During camping season the park will be open from 6:30 a.m through 11:00 p.m <br />except that registered campers are permitted to remain in the park between the hours <br />of 11:00 p.m and 6:30 a.m Park hours during other times of the year shall be set by <br />the park superintendent based upon staffing, visitor safety, and park conditions. <br /> <br />4.3 The park entrance gate will be closed from 11:00 p.m to 6:30 a.m during <br />camping season. Except in cases of emergency, campers are not be permitted to enter <br />or leave the park when the entrance gate is closed unless prior arrangements are made <br />With park employees. Instmctions for leaving the park in the event of an emergency <br />when the gate is closed shall be posed at the gate. <br /> <br />5.0 Collection of Fees <br /> <br />The park superintendent or his or her designee shall collect camping fees, issue <br />receipts, and maintain records of all fee transactions. All fees shall be remitted to the <br />county treasurer for deposit. Fees shall be credited to the county general fund. <br />
