Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted <br />yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLunON # 9 ~ - t1() 51 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the days of September 10, 11 and 12, 1996..Husker Harvest Days will be held at <br /> <br />the South edge of the Cornh11!:1rer Army Ammunition plant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to the narrow shoulders on county roads in the area of the Husker Harvest Days <br /> <br />site it is desirable to prohibit the stopping, standing and parldng ofvebic1es upon certain roads in the <br /> <br />vicinity of the Husker. Harvest Days site during the period of said event <br />. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, IT IS RESOLVED by the Hall County, Nebrask; County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />.~ <br /> <br />that commencing September 3, 1996.the stopping, standing or parking ofvebic1es upon the following <br /> <br />county roadways, their shoulders and right ofways is hereby prohibited, to-wit <br /> <br />1. On Husker Highway from its intersection with 80th Road to the intersection of Husker <br />Highway and Scbauppsville Road a distance of approximately two miles. <br /> <br />, <br />2. On 90th Road from its intersection with Husker Highway to the intersection of 90th Road <br /> <br />and Schimmer Drive.a distance of approximately one mile. <br /> <br />The Hall County Putilic WOIks Department shall erect and mSlintslin such proper and adequate <br /> <br />signs thereon to effectuate this resol~on, and to remove the same on or after September 16, 1996. <br />
