Motion carried. <br /> <br />NEBRASKA PUBLIC AGENCY INVESTMENT AND TRUST: Charles Bacon, 6208 Deerwood <br />Drive, Lincoln, Nebraska, office at 1500 S. 70th, Lincoln, spoke in regard <br />to the Public Agency Investment and Trust. He explained the program and <br />is NACO supported and have established NPAIT board of Trustees to monitor <br />the program. Union Bank, Lincoln have established the pool for funds of short <br />term investment program. County will need to adopt resolution if wish to <br />participate in the program. <br />Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer was present during the discussion and <br />spoke in regard to meeting with County Treasurers she attended yesterday. <br />Supervisor Landis stated Deputy Attorney Janulewicz had just received the <br />information and requested he be allowed to study information before county <br />adopts resolution. <br />Board members requested the resolution be placed on next week's meeting <br />agenda under County Attorney. <br /> <br />10:00 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING: Bosselman Inc dba Pump & Pantry #1, application <br />for Class E & Class K Liquor License at 3507 E. Bismark Road, Grand Island. <br />Application for Sharon M. Garrett as manager. <br />Sharon Garrett and representative from Bosselman Inc were present for <br />hearing. No one spoke in support or opposing the applications. <br />Ha~l County Sheriff Fosket had sent letter that a thorough investigation <br />was conducted and found no reason to prohibit the issuance of liquor license <br />as described in application. <br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to approve issuance of liquor <br />license and the manager application. Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and <br />Stelk voted yes, Abernethy voted no, Long abstained. Motion carried on a <br />5-1-1 vote. <br /> <br />10:08 A.M. PUBLIC HEARING: Proposed amendment to the Hall County Zoning <br />Resolution to add Horne occupations to list of permitted accessory uses for <br />Conditional Use Permits in Agricultural Zones. <br />Regional Planning Director Dave Barber spoke in regard to the home <br />occupations.
