Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR REPORT: Dan Hostler, Public Works Director reported <br />on the drainage project along east side Shady Bend Road, unable to place there <br />due to objections. Are now looking at crossing road to west side to run the <br />drainage as county owns right of way there. Hostler requested delay until <br />he visits with residents along west side of road. <br /> <br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORTS: for flashing lights at intersection of <br />Highway 11 and Husker Highway. He received two proposals, electricians all <br />seem to be very busy. Heartland Electric Co, Grand Island $8400.00; <br />Affordable Electric Co, Grand Island $12,296.00 <br />Following Committee report was read: <br /> <br />The Hall County Public Works Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors accept the bid from Heartland Electric Co., P.O.
