<br />RENEWAL OF AMUSEMENT LICENSE - Amusement License for Wood River Recreation
<br />Association for renewal for 1 year.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to approve the renewal of the
<br />Amusement License for Wood River Recreation Association. Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Landis, Leslie, Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />Carried.

<br />CLAIM FOR ROAD FUND: Claim for Motor Fuels Division, $1649.7 for diesel
<br />fuel tax for road department was presented for payment.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Leslie to approve payment of claim for
<br />Diesel fuel tax, $1649.17 from Road Fund. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Long, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />AGREEMENT FOR ROAD PROJECT BRO-7040(2l) Wood River S.W. Motion by Hartman,
<br />seconded by Abernethy to approve State Department of Roads Agreement for
<br />Project No. BRO-7040(2l) Wood River S.W. and authorize chairman to sign.

<br />voted no. Motion carried.
