Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT ON BOMBER ESTATES SUBDIVISON: The final plat on Bomber <br />Estates Subdivision located on the south side of Guenther Road was <br />received by the board. Abernethy made a motion and Leslie seconded <br />to approve the final plat. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, <br />Quandt and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Monte Hack, with Coke Cola Vending Company, <br />questioned if the vending contract will be placed for bids. This <br />will be placed on the agenda and put out for bids. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION ON REQUEST FROM UNITED NEBRASKA BANK IN REGARD TO SECURITY <br />PLEDGES: Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer, sent a letter to the <br />Board and a copy of a letter from United Nebraska Bank requesting <br />wirtten documentation as to what securities will be accepted for <br />pledging of deposits. This letter will be referred to Deputy County <br />Attorney Jerry Janulewicz for his opinion. Abernethy made a motion <br />and Leslie seconded to refer this to Jerry Janulewicz and he will <br />discuss this with Doris Mason. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and <br />Stelk all voted yes and Hartman voted no. Motion carried. Doris <br />Mason stated that this will be discussed at the County Treasurer's <br />workshop in Kearney this week. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz reported on the tax foreclosure <br />sales that were held. <br /> <br />1. Abernethy, Hartman, <br />Landis, Leslie and Stelk all voted yes and Quandt voted no because <br />he had not met Mr. Barber. Motion carried. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION IN REGARD TO PERSONNEL: 12:00 P.M. Abernethy made a <br />motion and Hartman seconded to go into executive session regarding <br />personnel. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk all <br />voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />12:30 P.M.
