LANDFILL SURCHARGE SCHEDULE: Attorney Janulewicz reported City Attorney Charles Cuypers was unable to be present for today's meeting. Janulewicz reported the Grand Island City Council approved the surcharges recommended by the County, but the second offense within 90 days $50.00. Motion by Landis, seconded by Hartman to accept the proposal from City Council and adopt Resolution #96-0026 for the weight limit restrictions. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. RESOLUTION ## 96-0026 A RESOLUTION APPROVING WEIGHT RESTRICTION SURCHARGES AT THE GRAND ISLAND AREA SOLID WASTE AGENCY LANDFILL EFFECI1VE APRIL 23, 1996 BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS that the Grand Island Area Solid Waste Agency landfill surcharge fee schedule attached hereto setting forth surcharges to be imposed for overweight loads as set forth therein effective from and after Apri123, 1996, be approved by the Hall County Board ofSupetvisors and that the previous surcharge schedule adopted Apri19, 1996, is hereby rescinded..
