<br />tj <br /> <br />96;::-# () 50 <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT HEAVENLY HAVEN SUBDIVISION: Regional Planning <br />Commission Director Nelson Helm addressed the Board. He said <br />this involves a small subdivision adjacent to a lake and complies <br />with zoning regulations. <br /> <br />FINAL PLAT CHIEF FAB SUBDIVISION: Helm said this involves a <br />boundary adjustment in an industrial tract. He said both were <br />approved last night by the City Council and recommended approval <br />of both. Abernethy made a motion which was seconded by <br />Rosenkotter to approve both and authorize the Chair to sign them. <br />Quandt, Landis, Stelk, Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenkotter voted <br />yes and Hartman was absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />QUARTERLY REPORT--PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR DAN HOSTLER: Hostler <br />addressed the Board. He reviewed the miscellaneous receipt~ <br />which have been received for the environmental impact study and <br />flood drainage reimbursement. Hostler said his quarterly balance <br />is higher than at this time last year because final asphalt <br />hasn't been laid. Rosenkotter made a motion which was seconded <br />by Leslie to accept the Hall County Highway Department's second <br />quarter fiscal year report. Quandt, Landis, Stelk, Leslie, <br />Abernethy, and Rosenkotter voted yes and Hartman was absent. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />11:12 a.m. Break <br /> <br />11:16 a.m. Meeting resumed with Quandt, Landis, Hartman, Stelk, <br />Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenkotter present. <br /> <br />11:15 A.M. ROD BASS--MID-PLAINS CENTER FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />REPORT: Bass distributed three handouts and explained them. He <br />discussed the State Department of Public Institutions' <br />reorganization and problems being experienced with the managed <br />care contract. Bass introduced his management team. Outpatient <br />Program Director Anne Yu Buettner distributed four ha~douts and <br />discussed services offered. Special Family Services Director Reg <br />Whitaker discussed services offered and answered questions. <br />Foster Care Services Director Mick Klein discussed services <br />offered and answered questions. Dual Diagnosis Director Mar.k <br />Nelson discussed services offered. Future funding of the <br />Children's Village Center was discussed. Bass answered <br />questions. <br /> <br />PUBLIC PARTICIPATION: Louise Miller, 1104 West Charles Street in <br />Grand Island, addressed the Board regarding the South Locust <br />Street/I-80 Interchange project. <br /> <br />12:14 p.m. The meeting was recessed until 1:30 p.m. <br /> <br />1:30 p.m. Meeting resumed with Quandt, Landis, Hartman, Stelk, <br />Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenkotter present. <br />
