<br />Hartman made a motion which was seconded by Quandt to accept
<br />these two low bids. Quandt, Landis, Hartman, Stelk, Leslie,
<br />Abernethy, and Rosenkotter voted yes and none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />JANITORIAL COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: The following report was
<br />read:

<br />The Janitorial 'Committee recommends the Board enter into a
<br />contract with G & D Janitorial to provide janitorial serv~ces in
<br />the Administration Building, Courthouse, Health Department,
<br />Office Building, and Social Services Building from March 1, 1996,
<br />through February 28, 1998, at a cost of $74,148 per year. The
<br />report was signed by committee members Stelk, Quandt, and
<br />Rosenkotter.

<br />The issue was discussed. Landis suggested hiring R.D. Aguilar
<br />for Group 1 and ServiceMaster for Group 2. Rosenkotter made a
<br />motion which was seconded by Quandt to enter in to a contract
<br />with G & D Janitorial to provide janitorial services in the
<br />Administration Building, Courthouse, Health Department, Office
<br />Building, and Social Services Building from March 1, 1996,
<br />through February 28, 1998, at a cost of $74,148 per year and
<br />authorize the Chair to sign it. The issue was discussed.

<br />Rosenkotter made a motion which was seconded by Abernethy to call
<br />for the question. Quandt, Stelk, Leslie, Abernethy, and
<br />Rosenkotter voted yes and Landis and Hartman voted no. Motion
<br />carried.

<br />On the original motion, Quandt, Stelk, Leslie, Abernethy, and
<br />Rosenkotter voted yes and Landis and Hartman voted no. Motion
<br />carried. '

<br />WITHDRAWAL OF COLLATERAL--FIVE POINTS BANK: Abernethy made a
<br />motion which was seconded by Rosenkotter to accept Resolution
<br />#960005. The issue was discussed. Landis, Hartman, Stelk,
<br />Leslie, Abernethy, and Rosenkotter voted yes, Quandt abstained,
<br />and none voted no. Motion carried.
