Merrill <br />said the City is working on the bids for the santiation services <br />at the present time. Rosenkotter made a motion and Abernethy <br />seconded to instruct Ellen Merrill to work on a Common bid with the <br />City of Grand Island. Discussion was held if this would be possible. <br />Rosenkotter amended her motion and Abernethy seconded to bid the <br />sanitation services as a Common bid with the City and independently. <br />Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk voted yes <br />and Hartman voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Merrill received a request from Howard Maxon, Communications Director, <br />to sign a resolution commending EMD Brad Richards. Landis made a <br />motion and Rosenkotter seconded to sign Resolution #960004. Abernethy, <br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes <br />and none voted no.
